video did not work -- the 7 required sections were not well indicated-- the sepsis section seemed to be more of an afterthought and did not have much overall specific information. a pretest would have been useful --- how the website worked was unclear -- originally, I thought it was a verbal self-moving presentation but there was no sound and I still do not know if that is how it is supposed to be -- the site does not work in firefox or chrome I needed to use microsoft edge in order to do the course and be able to log in to the site

Yes! my problem is with the reciepts printout. I took two different courses on two different dates and cannot find the receipt for the second course. This need to be fixed where you can see your history of courses and able to print separate receipts.

I did not have trouble taking the course, the quiz, or printing my certificate BUT I have been unable to get my info submitted to the State of New York. I complete the information, but there is no "SUBMIT" button on the screen. I wanted to e-mail this problem, and I was directed back to the home page for "CONTACT US", but it isn't an option on the main page! Nor on any OTHER page!

I had quite a bit of difficulty at first but once I emailed/phoned Help/Contact Us I was good to go. They responded immediately and Kristyn was a big help! Hello. The IC course was informative, comprehensive and succinct, focusing on the critical elements of infection control. As for the logistics, I was able to take a break when I became fatigued and losing my concentration, instead of waiting for a "break" in a lecture. The online course far outweighs sitting in a lecture for several hours. Unlike a lecture venue, online allows the participant to learn at his/her own pace.
