Firewall / Network SettingsREQUIRED

Your browser and network must allow standard HTTPS and Ajax communication — required for our quiz software. If you are on a corporate network that blocks this, please try accessing the site from a home or mobile connection.

Internet ConnectionRECOMMENDED

A high-speed internet connection is strongly recommended. Course videos and presentations require adequate bandwidth. Slower connections will still work but may require additional load time.

Screen ResolutionRECOMMENDED

A monitor resolution of at least 1024×768 is recommended for desktop users. Mobile and tablet devices are fully supported at their native resolutions.

PDF ReaderRECOMMENDED

A PDF reader is recommended for viewing and printing your certificate. Most modern browsers include a built-in PDF viewer. If needed, Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 10.0 or above) can be downloaded for free.
