Yes, I am a slow reader and it timed out on me twice. So, I printed the pdf, took the time to read it slowly, and then took the electronic tutorial faster, and then took the quiz. THANK YOU for offering multiple ways to receive this learning. Great module and definitely learner focused !!!

there was a slide about hiv that mentions the feature includes "ENLARGED" but did not specify what WAS enlarged.
I expected to receive training on N95 masks but did not.
video did not work -- the 7 required sections were not well indicated-- the sepsis section seemed to be more of an afterthought and did not have much overall specific information. a pretest would have been useful --- how the website worked was unclear -- originally, I thought it was a verbal self-moving presentation but there was no sound and I still do not know if that is how it is supposed to be -- the site does not work in firefox or chrome I needed to use microsoft edge in order to do the course and be able to log in to the site
Extremely difficult to print certificate .
no difficulties taking the course or quiz. But cannot View/Print my certificate, only can email it to myself. That was not a problem before. Using Google Chrome

The general screen pages (pale blue/white) including the side bar of course contents are too pale. An eye friendlier color would be nice. The exam page was misleading. It took me awhile to notice that you had to scroll down to determine 'next question' . Thank you

I likeld the course, the content and the presentation. However, I am unable to print the receipt. I need it for tax purposes. That is the only drawback of the course. Also I would like to see that I was charged the correct amount. Yes! my problem is with the reciepts printout. I took two different courses on two different dates and cannot find the receipt for the second course. This need to be fixed where you can see your history of courses and able to print separate receipts.

I did not have trouble taking the course, the quiz, or printing my certificate BUT I have been unable to get my info submitted to the State of New York. I complete the information, but there is no "SUBMIT" button on the screen. I wanted to e-mail this problem, and I was directed back to the home page for "CONTACT US", but it isn't an option on the main page! Nor on any OTHER page!

while using Chrome browser, the slide show/video function did not work. I navigated through the left panel slides. It would have been better to use the left/right arrow or clicking on the left or right panels to move to next slide. Otherwise, well done.

I had quite a bit of difficulty at first but once I emailed/phoned Help/Contact Us I was good to go. They responded immediately and Kristyn was a big help! Hello. The IC course was informative, comprehensive and succinct, focusing on the critical elements of infection control. As for the logistics, I was able to take a break when I became fatigued and losing my concentration, instead of waiting for a "break" in a lecture. The online course far outweighs sitting in a lecture for several hours. Unlike a lecture venue, online allows the participant to learn at his/her own pace.
