with due respect,i have got the certificate but now i want to sent it to New York State Education Department (NYSED) for my Nursing NCLEX process,i am not from the America and i don't have any social number or New york nursing license so how can i send it Electronically. i just need guidance. and also in help section the CAPTCHA is totally Missing
