Yes, I am a slow reader and it timed out on me twice. So, I printed the pdf, took the time to read it slowly, and then took the electronic tutorial faster, and then took the quiz. THANK YOU for offering multiple ways to receive this learning. Great module and definitely learner focused !!!

I would have liked to see how many questions was in the quiz. While taking the quiz I was not able to scroll down. Overall the course was very informative and easy to navigate.

The course it’s good. But I am Not able to print or email or fax the certificate. It kept saying error 404, error550 <br><br>(response)<br>We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The PDF issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

there was a slide about hiv that mentions the feature includes "ENLARGED" but did not specify what WAS enlarged.
