The course it’s good. But I am Not able to print or email or fax the certificate. It kept saying error 404, error550 <br><br>(response)<br>We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The PDF issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

there was a slide about hiv that mentions the feature includes "ENLARGED" but did not specify what WAS enlarged.

I expected to receive training on N95 masks but did not.

video did not work -- the 7 required sections were not well indicated-- the sepsis section seemed to be more of an afterthought and did not have much overall specific information. a pretest would have been useful --- how the website worked was unclear -- originally, I thought it was a verbal self-moving presentation but there was no sound and I still do not know if that is how it is supposed to be -- the site does not work in firefox or chrome I needed to use microsoft edge in order to do the course and be able to log in to the site

Extremely difficult to print certificate .

no difficulties taking the course or quiz. But cannot View/Print my certificate, only can email it to myself. That was not a problem before. Using Google Chrome
