Legal Agreement

The Terms and Conditions set forth in this document apply to all visitors (“you” or “user”) to VMD Health Care Training, LLC (“Site”) and constitute a binding, legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and VMD Health Care Training, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VMD Health Care Training Site. Please read the entirety of the Terms and Conditions carefully.

Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Release

VMD Health Care Training takes every measure possible to provide the most up-to-date information but cannot unequivocally guarantee the accuracy of information found on the Site. Your reliance on information found on the Site is at your own risk. Information provided on this site is meant to complement and not replace any advice or information from a health professional.

THE SITE, AND ALL ITS CONTENTS, IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS.” VMD HEALTH CARE TRAINING MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, DATA ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VMD HEALTH CARE TRAINING OR ANY OTHERS INVOLVED IN CREATING THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CIRCUMSTANCE INVOLVING THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ADVISED VMD HEALTH CARE TRAINING IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. However, in no event shall VMD Health Care Training’s aggregate liability to you or any third party for damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Site or $100, whichever is lesser.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Should you experience any technical difficulties with any of our courses which prevent you from completing them, and all technical support troubleshooting measures have failed to resolve the issue, we will promptly offer a 100% refund to your credit/debit card. All requests for refunds must be submitted via email or the Contact tab. However, no refunds will be issued once a course is already completed or if the 30-day registration window has expired. If necessary, you may request an extension to your registration window.

Should you request your credit card issuer to cancel or reverse payment, your account will be immediately suspended, certificate(s) revoked, and associated governing bodies notified of your revoked certificate(s), and you will furthermore become liable for any and all charges incurred by VMD Health Care Training through the chargeback.

You may not frame the content on this Site. Any other links or means to circumvent our copy protection and limited access areas of the website are strictly prohibited.

System Requirements

Minimum system requirements are necessary to view all of the information on this Site. An Internet connection is required to access all online material. Security

We are concerned with the security of your personal data and therefore restrict unauthorized access through protective policies, technical measures, monitoring, and procedures. We also use standard security protocols and mechanisms to transmit sensitive information such as credit card details. Even with this technology, breakthroughs or lapses may occur. If we become aware of such an instance, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you with the best information available.

Your Responsibility

By utilizing the Site you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to protect and maintain the password and username that you establish with us. It is your responsibility to keep your password and username confidential at all times. You should not share your username or password with anyone. If you share your username or password with anyone, you assume the risk of any losses resulting from such disclosure.

Changes to this Agreement

VMD Health Care Training, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise change this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of such change on this Site. Please review the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the VMD Health Care Training Site constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these changes without limitation, qualification or change. If at any time you determine that you do not accept these changes, you must stop using this Site.
