I had quite a bit of difficulty at first but once I emailed/phoned Help/Contact Us I was good to go. They responded immediately and Kristyn was a big help! Just make sure your system is compatible and you have the proper downloads in place . My problem was a simple zoom feature. Thank you, Kristyn, you made my day!
